MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open to anyone who identifies with our charter and is either licensed to operate a motorcycle or rides as a passenger on a member's motorcycle.

The membership dues are $18.00 per year for a rider or $36.00 per year for a rider and passenger.

All membership applications are reviewed by the Board before the membership is awarded. Feel free to send an e-mail to info@starofdavidbikers.org and tell us about yourself.

There are two ways to submit an application for membership:

	Click on the application (on the left), print it out, fill it out and mail it with a check or money order. If you want to pay in person or have already submitted your payment, you can fax the completed form to (360) 404-7277.
	Fill out the online application and submit an electronic payment. Make sure that you are not on a public computer and that your cookies are turned on. The application requires that you have cookies enabled. Tested on Internet Explorer and Firefox. This does not work on Apple Safari.
